Outrigger canoeing is fun..... and sometimes crazy, often exhilarating, very competitive, it relies on synchronised team work, technical skills and strategic thinking, its demanding, challenging, and physically and emotionally trying....and satisfying...

Like any competitive sport, outrigger canoeing is pure adrenalin.... there are no words to describe the feel of surfing the waves in a canoe... 15 metres long, with six paddlers and a total loading in excess of 1000kgs...

It is hard work but what a ride.... very exciting stuff.
